    With the enhancements to processing time, the overall processing time will be significantly reduced. We are still open to the idea of other processing methods, but in our testing so far we have seen significant improvements in the speed of processing jobs. These processing changes should help get the first set going faster.

    Converting eOrder to HTML5 is on the road map for the product and is a high priority. As soon as we have more information from the engineering team, we will provide it here.

    Unfortunately at this time we do not have a fix for this. We have created bug tickets and it has been reported by other customers as well. As soon as we have more information on this ticket, we will let you know.

    We have an enhancement in the works that will allow customization of all of the popup warning boxes, and this will allow accommodation of your request Alex.

    Cutting and pasting is supported in the Job Editor window Geoff, you can currently use the same Windows functionality for: Ctrl-C/X/V

    You can currently drag and drop via the Job Explorer window. First highlight your drawings and then you have the ability to move them around to re-organize.

    We have heard of customers wanting the ability to drag and drop via the Job Editor window. We have created and enhancement request for our development team to provide this feature in a future release of Plotworks.

    Alex,

    The Android Application for Job Center is on the Roadmap for the product, but development has not been started. If you are looking to add a simple touch screen monitor, the Job Center application should run/install on any Windows/MAC OS.

    Great idea, thank you for the feedback. The required fields are marked by a red asterisks, and do show as you state, with a Red Box around the field. We can always work on this to better provide the error message or field for the customer (end user).

    We have created an enhancement with our development team that will hopefully help with this issue.

    Brian,

    Currently the Job Explorer does not allow guidelines to pull across an image. We do have a reference point when you move the cursor over the drawing, as to the position of the drawing in relation to the ruler. See attached screenshot here: http://screencast.com/t/keIJoyGQBDz

    The red bar on both the X and Y Coordinates indicates where the cursor or drawing is, in inches.

    Please let us know if you have any further questions on this issue.

    We will create an enhancement request for our development team to see if we can create drag-able guidelines.

    At this time FedEx and UPS will not allow us to create a label in our
    application. It has to be created in their application. We have made
    it possible for JobCenter to create an entry into FedEx and UPS upon a
    new order entry. This eliminates the need to perform duplicate data
    entry, and removes the possibility for typos. Then from the Fedex and
    UPS client, you can create a label based upon the order created.

    Does this level of enhancement still fulfill a need within your
    organizations even the label cannot be created directly? Please reply
    or contact us with any additional thoughts regarding this enhancement
    that you might have.

    Alex,

    What some customers are requesting is to save the billing and shipping information independently of the contact information. They have some customers who fill out the same contact information, but use a different bill to and ship to for every single order. They have to manually type that other information in for each order.
